Half a month's wage for each of the first 5 years, then one month's wage for each year thereafter. Resignation may reduce the award depending on years of service.
Resignation reductions
Resignation with 2–5 years: one-third of calculated amount. With 5–10 years: two-thirds. After 10 years: full amount.
